On 1 November 1895, the Guerci Gallery was opened to the public in Alessandria, connecting Via San Giacomo della Vittoria with Via San Lorenzo and until a few years ago it also allowed access to Via Ferrara.

Almost all the city councilors and councilors took part in the inauguration. The other personalities of the city were worthily received by Cavalier Guerci and his sons.

Today the Gallery houses the restaurant located in the heart of Alessandria.

The environment, modern and minimalist,  is taken care of in detail by Angela.

The dishes are prepared with the passion that distinguishes our chef and all the collaborators of the DADIEGO restaurant.

Our authentic cuisine unites people with history and traditions, where the most diverse palates and the most diverse gastronomic preferences (or needs) in particular for raw fish can find enjoyment and novelty.

Diego, son of art, with his father Chef and Restaurateur, has always had a passion for cooking since he was a child, already helping during school  dad in his business.

Graduated from the Hotel School of Salerno, he immediately demonstrated an innate talent for cooking, taking part in and reaching the podium of some prestigious culinary competitions.

cConnects Via San Giacomo della Vittoria with Via San Lorenzo and until a few years ago it also allowed access to Via Ferrara.

It was damaged in the aerial bombardment of 5 April 1945 and finally restored in 1948 taking on its current appearance.

The restaurant is therefore located in a historic building, which gives it a unique and suggestive atmosphere,

perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion
